What great fun P2/3 had celebrating World Book Day!
We explored exciting story stations throughout the day — rolling story cubes to create our own imaginative tales, designing and colouring our very own bookmarks, and enjoying a fantastic “Book Tasting Restaurant” where we chose books from a special menu and sampled different genres. We then proudly walked up the town in our World Book Day Parade, showing off our wonderful costumes. The excitement continued at assembly as we found out the winners of the Best Costume competition.
