P4 joined our partner schools again for another exciting Shared Education trip, this time to explore the history of Magherafelt.
Each group took part in three sessions: a visit to the Bridewell Gaol with the formidable Mrs McKinley, a walking tour of the town including the courthouse and old workhouse, and a stop at the library to view old photographs and learn about life for children in the past.
A big thank you to Allison at Mid Ulster Council for all the work she put into organising such a fantastic and memorable day for everyone involved, and to all the other helpers on the day too.
