A few weeks ago, P4 had the fantastic opportunity to visit the Recycling Centre and the Council Chamber at the Mid Ulster District Council offices. This was part of our Shared Education partnership with the other primary schools in Magherafelt. The children learned so much about recycling and gained a valuable insight into the role of a councillor. A huge thank you to the council staff who organised the trip and to the councillors who generously took the time to meet and speak with the pupils.
