P1RS have been learning about the different parts of a flower. They learnt a song to help them remember the names (roots, stem, leaves, flower). P1 also learnt about the three things needed to help a plant grow. They were delighted when a P1 mummy sent some tulips from her garden to showcase all the parts of a flower. We were able to investigate these during play!
