P2/3 had a ‘flipping’ good time making pancakes! We measured the flour, sugar and buttermilk, cracked the eggs and took turns mixing the batter.
Everyone had a go at mixing our pancake batter. We worked together and followed the recipe carefully!
Sharon worked her magic on the pan while we watched our batter turn into delicious pancakes. The best part… tasting time! We chose our own toppings – butter, sugar or jam. Yum! They were so delicious, we even had baby pancakes with the leftover batter for seconds!
We measured, mixed, cooked and enjoyed – what a tasty learning day in P2/3!
