Today we had a very special visitor, Dentist Alison, who came in to tell us all about her job as a dentist! She explained why our teeth are so important and showed us how she helps people take care of them in her surgery. We learned the correct way to brush our teeth and talked about how sugar can be found in some of the everyday foods and drinks we enjoy. The children asked great questions and were very interested in learning how to keep their smiles healthy! To finish our visit, Alison kindly gave each child a little gift as a special treat, which they were very excited about. A big thank you to Alison for coming into us today!
