We will be having a Cash for Clobber Collection on Thursday 2nd October.
The school receives payment in full (value directly linked to weight collected) and all money raised will go towards school funds.
The Cash for Clobber scheme is aimed at raising awareness of textile recycling among children and to show how essential it is for everyone in the ‘developed world’ to reduce, reuse and recycle. Most of the waste textiles produced in the UK and Ireland end up in landfill sites, at MPS we want to do our bit to improve this situation!
