P4 have been learning all about bees and the important role they play in our environment. Taking advantage of the lovely weather, we enjoyed a walk to Polepatrick Park for a bee hunt!
The children had great fun exploring the park, spotting bees hard at work and identifying the flowers they were visiting. It was a fantastic opportunity to bring our classroom learning to life while enjoying the outdoors. Everyone had a brilliant time and loved becoming real life bee detectives!
